Dr Litch began her career in Dental Hygiene in 1974. She graduated dental school from the University of Detroit in 1979 and later received her periodontal training and Masters of Science in Dentistry at Indiana University in 1982. Her professional interests include not only periodontology, but also oral pathology, tissue regeneration, laser periodontal therapy, disease prevention and implantology. She has lectured in the US and abroad, has published in peer-reviewed journals and contributed to several textbooks. Previous academic affiliations include Indiana University, University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, and University of Pacific Dental School in San Francisco. Her private practice experience includes previously working in San Francisco before her 26+ years in the South Bay. Personalized, quality, state of the art periodontal care is her passion.
Dr Litch is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology, California Society of Periodontists, American Dental Association, California Dental Association and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Santa Clara County District Dental Society. Dr Litch enjoys personal time with her husband Ted, four stepchildren and their spouses, seven wonderful grandchildren and her toy poodles Tia and Tina.
